About our calendar
Our new calendar is now available to all owners who want one on their holiday cottage listing and is completely free of charge. The calendar is optional, but will allow potential bookers to easily see when your cottage is booked which does influence response rates. To have a look at the calendar already functioning on a listing have a look at The Byre
Bookers can easily see the dates your property is available and can then make a booking request which will be directly emailed to you with their details.
To activate your calendar
Please login into the Owners Section and click on Availability Calendar. Under the Display Availability drop down box click yes and then submit form to activate the calendar. From here you can then start to manage your bookings by entering the dates and details of people booked into your cottage.
Once you have switched your calendar on
We are making it possible for you to have the My Favourites Calendar on your own website, so if your website does not already have an availability calendar then why not use ours. Having this sort of functionality can save hours of your time by allowing bookers the chance to see if your cottage is free without having to phone and email you.
Once you are activated the calendar simply add the HTML code at the bottom of the screen onto the section of your website where you want the calendar to be displayed, and you can have our calendar, free of charge on your website.
