Argantel Holiday Cottage Description

The cottages at Argantel are on the edge of St Agnes village surrounded by protected woodland. The beach and village shops, galleries, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk, whilst St Agnes’ central location provides an ideal base for exploring Cornwall from the Tamar border to Land’s End and the Lizard.

Argantel is on the historic site of the St Agnes village foundry, which dates back almost 200 years. Today, echoes of the past remain in a few stone ruins glimpsed through the covering of protected woodland that provides an idyllic haven for wildlife.

In this delightful setting are 3 cottages; Chy Treza, Chy Kenza and Chy Nessa. Each cottage sleeps 5 and has its own self-contained garden or terrace where you can relax to the soothing sounds of the valley stream filtering through the trees, underscored by bird song during the day and the distant hooting of owls at night.

The cottages have all been recently refurbished and newly-furnished throughout. They are fully-equipped with TV, DVD and CD/radio/cassette; kitchens fitted with full-size cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher; and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

This property has been advertised on My Favourite Holiday Cottages since 27-07-2010
