A warm welcome awaits you at Bendale Cottage, the cottage is situated at West House Farm, Dearham on a modern working dairy farm. The cottage provides the best of both worlds as it lies midway between the Lake District and the Solway coast, giving views to both lakes and mountains to the east and miles of sandy beaches and unspoilt coastline to the west The farm lies in the heart of the countryside with an abundance of wildlife and birdlife right on the doorstep.
The accommodation has oil central heating and comprises: All ground floor accommodation with open plan living area: with TV, DVD, CD radio and electric stove. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, fridge, microvave and use of owners freezer and laundry facilities. Bedroom: king size bed. Shower room with with electric shower and WC and wash basin. Outside: raised patio with garden furniture and shared use of owners garden. All fuel, bed linen, towels and a welcome pack provided. We are currently converting "The Old Byre" and "Little Meadow" into two, two bedroomed luxury cottages with the addition of an outside Jacouzzi hot tub, please contact us for first available dates.
