11 award-winning luxury holiday cottages with indoor heated swimming pool in 2 acres of landscaped grounds with fantastic views over Lathkill Dale and the surrounding Peak District countryside. Perfect for groups, families and couples. Just outside Bakewell.

Very comfortable & well-equipped self-catering accommodation for a perfect Peak District Holiday.

Chatsworth & Ash are adjoining cottages which share an enclosed entrance porch and combine together very well to make a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit that sleeps 8-9 in 2 double and 2 twin rooms. Both cottage are newly-renovated with luxury fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc), 3 new bathrooms, excellent thermostatic central heating, comfortable leather furniture, solid wood flooring and cosy bedrooms. There is room for up to 14 to sit and eat together in Chatsworth.

2 Open plan sitting/dining/kitchens each with FreeSat TV/DVD, bathrooms with WC, basin and bath with shower over or shower room with WC and basin.

Bedrooms are very well-equipped with comfortable double or twin beds plus warm, cosy duvets, fluffy pillows and cotton sheets. All double mattresses are luxury pocket sprung. Space in each bedroom for a cot, room for an additional folding bed in 1 twin room for an extra person.

All have plenty of lighting, bedside tables, mirrors and plug sockets (for your essential appliances!)

Both cottages are well set up for wheelchair users with a gentle slope to the front door, level access throughout and ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms. Ash is completely on the ground level making it ideal for those who find stairs challenging. Chatworth is all on the ground floor except for the twin room which is upstairs. Low level switches.

We have high chairs and cots on request, subject to availability at time of booking.

Easy access to all the major Peak District attractions, as well as an on site leisure centre with indoor heated pool and games room. Also a Children’s Play Area, lots of outdoor seating and BBQ's

Haddon Grove Farm has flexible Peak District self-catering accommodation for everyone from couples looking for a cosy hideaway to families to groups. With space for up to 50 people, we can meet most needs!
