Coxswains Cottage, Thorpeness - Suffolk, sleeps 4 and has 2 bedrooms

Coxswain's Cottage is located in the unique village of Thorpeness on the Suffolk Heritage Coast.
The house is about 150 yards from the beach in one direction and 150 yards from Thorpeness Meare (a large shallow boating lake) in the other direction so there will always be plenty to do!
At the front of the cottage is a small south-facing front garden with benches, a gravel path leads into the sitting room with 2 comfy sofas. There is a well equipped handmade kitchen with granite worktops and the dining table seats 4 but can be extended to seat 6 if required.
At either end of the kitchen is a staircase (they are original steep cottage stairs!) leading up to a bedroom and bathroom, Bedroom 1 has a king size frame with VI-Spring mattress and bedroom 2 has twin VI-Spring divan beds. Both bathrooms have baths, power showers, wc, basin,& shaver points. In bathroom 2 there is a cupboard housing the washing machine & tumble drier. On the ground floor there is an optional single bedroom which is available at an extra charge if required.
At the rear of the cottage is a covered patio area with table and chairs and bench.
Prices range from £295-£745 per week depending on the time of year. Shorts breaks are available although not always at peak periods.
Sorry no pets or smoking allowed inside the house
