Crepe Farm House is a top of the range, luxury house with a large private garden. It's ideal for extended family groups or large parties. It comfortably sleeps 17 and has an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The property has been refurbished to a high standard by our in-house design consultant.

The house has a spacious dining room incorporating a large table and chairs and a separate comfortable seating area centered around the Inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove.

The modern kitchen offers a range cooker with a further oven, two dishwashers, two sinks and a large American fridge freezer. There is plenty of storage space and a good selection of kitchen utensils and crockery.

There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Downstairs the house also boasts a smaller living room with television and DVD and in the cellar there is a newly converted cinema room with Sky TV.

There are 8 bedrooms, 3 of which have en suite facilities plus there are a further two bathrooms, one with a double power shower and the other has a bath and shower. All of our bedrooms have zip & link beds so guests have added flexibility in how they choose to use the rooms. The crisp white bed linen gives our visitors added comfort and luxury.

There is a large sun terrace with hot tub beside the indoor pool, with sun loungers, gas barbecue and a table with benches for outside dining.

The swimming pool has a sauna, changing room and showers and is accessed through a large games room with a pool table and table tennis.

The large walled garden offers various seating areas and in addition there is a lawned area adjacent to the front of the house. The perfect spot to put up a marquee for weddings or special occasions.
