Crowhill Neuk Holiday Cottage Description
This self catering accommodation has Freeview satellite television which is provided along with a VCR and DVD player (a selection of films are also available). A stereo system provides radio and CD and comes with a USB slot for MP3 players. There is a small private garden with a patio area – ideal for barbecues – or for just taking in the view which is spectacular... (a kettle style barbecue is freely available upon request).
The kitchen is well equipped with all mod-cons from a bread machine to a dishwasher. It has been designed as a "home-from-home" to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Heating and hot water is provided by a modern, oil-fired combi-boiler. All heating, electricity, bedding, bed linen, towels, etc are included in the price.
For reference: mobile phone signals for all providers are very strong at Crowhill Neuk (3g currently excepted).
It is worth noting that Crowhill Neuk is accessed up a long dirt track. Whilst this gives a wonderful feeling of seclusion and privacy it is probably best if you leave your Ferrari at home!!
Likewise, in the winter months, although we keep the track clear of deep snow, it can be hard for 2 wheel drive cars (especially rear wheel-drive) to negotiate. In these circumstances we can offer a “shuttle” service in our 4x4. Trust me – it's worth the hassle!!
