Derwent House Holiday Cottage Description
Many of our guests use the house to celebrate a special occasion and our aim is to ensure that the house provides well for this. There are a range of cooking utensils, 2 ovens, 7 gas rings and a large fridge. There is also ample matching crockery and cutlery for a special meal in the dining room overlooking Knowleston Gardens.
Each room is individually designed to provide a welcoming and attractive environment. Downstairs there is ample space to socialise together or take some time to relax, read or listen o music. Each bedroom is individually designed and a number have en-suite facilities. In addition, the Victorian style bathroom, with roll-top bath, is ideal to relax after a day enjoying the delights of the Peak District.
There is a vast range of facilities close by for all ages and tastes. From Chatsworth House and local villages to Alton Towers and rock climbing. The Peak District is also ideal to explore the stunning countryside, great walks and a range of sports.
