A large fully equipped kitchen/dining area with double sofa bed,

One double bedroom with wet room and toilet making it suitable for less able bodied guests.

On the first floor are 4 bedrooms:

One 5ft double with additional single bed (for child) and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin,

One 5ft double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

One bedroom with 3 single beds and en-suite shower room with toilet and basin,

One twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, toilet and basin.

A cot and travel cot can be provided for infants if required.

The lounge fatures a double sided woodburning stove in addition to central heating throughout the cottage. The first basket of fuel for stove is included in the price.
