The Linhay features a beautifully decorated main room with comfy double bed, sofa and woodburner. Alongside a recently refurbished bathroom and pine kitchen, the Linhay also has a private patio area with table and chairs to make the most of the long summer days.
The annexe can either be rented out seperately for cosy romantic reatreats or can be booked alongisde the prominent Emmett's Grange house for larger groups to sleep up to 13 people.
Guests to the Linhay have exclusive access to the 900 acre estate which is ideal for cycling, riding and walking. Beyond the boundary of the estate lies the stunning ruggesd beauty of Exmoor National Park to further explore. With good road links, the estate is also close the wonderful North Devon coastline, and is an ideal holiday property for any time of the year.
