At the heart of the property you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with its original Cornish range cooker, perfect for preparing a home-cooked feast, and a games room with small snooker table that will keep all of the family entertained during their stay.
The wonderful views of St Michael’s Mount can be enjoyed from the sun room and upstairs patio that leads off of the master bedroom, as well as from the outdoor dining area tucked away at the bottom of the enclosed garden – a great spot to enjoy a meal or two al fresco.

Welcome to Marazion

Something about Marazion reminds us of a fairytale. With the enchanting sight of St Michaels Mount looming high above the sea and two shimmering sandy beaches, Marazion holidays are the ultimate escape from it all. The oldest town in Cornwall, this is a place of myth and legend, where ancient cottages perch on hillsides and the sound of laughter drifts from friendly pubs. The streets of the town favour quirky boutiques over chains, and the cafes don’t disappoint when it comes to fresh, local produce and hearty portions.

Super February half term break!
4/5

A lovely spacious and comfortable cottage with fabulous views across the water to St Michael's Mount. Positives - comfortable beds and sofas, hot and powerful showers, spectacular views and plenty of space for our family of five in this quirky Cornish bolthole. It's a beautifully quiet and relaxing place to be. Not so positives - a couple of (fairly minor) points - Cottage felt cold on arrival which wasn't particularly welcoming. The boiler was rapidly effective but noisy and somewhat smelly when running. Some areas of the house were not 100% clean. My son sat next to the radiator in the dining room and a huge, thick cobweb dropped down from the bottom of it! (Understandably large, old cottages are hard to keep pristine) Things to be aware of - a VERY narrow lane between cottages to access the parking space. We negotiated it in our Kuga on arrival but then preferred to park elsewhere in the village and walk to our car. Also, as this is an old property, the doorframes etc are quite low and bumped heads are possible for the taller guests! Noise travels between the ground floor and bedrooms too so don't expect a peaceful afternoon siesta if you are with a lively family! Overall, a lovely place, ideally situated to explore this part of Cornwall. We would happily return.

Hi Nicci, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your recent stay at Trevara. We are so pleased to hear it was a super stay and beautifully quiet and relaxing. We have passed these comments onto the owner and do apologise for the missed radiator in the dining room! We do hope to welcome you back again in the future. Best Wishes, The Luxury Coastal Team

A home from home with a view that's breathtaking
4.8/5

Felt at home the minute we walked in and the views were simply breathtaking. Slept with the curtains open so we could see the sea/St Michael's Mount under the moonlight and sunrise was the best start to any day. Cozy fire lot's of room for everyone to find their own space if needed and then the location is just fabulous, Marazion is lovely, the beach is 2 minutes away and so is everything else from Mousehole, St. Ives and The Minack Theatre We absolutely loved it

Mike, 31 Jan 2023
