Located close to both the beaches at Woolacombe and Ilfracombe the beautiful Higher Mullacott Farmhouse is new on the market for rental over the summer holidays.
The stunning large 5 bedroomed Farmhouse boasts an impressive kitchen/day room which is a wonderful setting for large family gatherings, which although luxurious still maintains many of the original features of the farmhouse. Next door is a large carpeted lounge area with wide screen TV and is ideal for relaxing.
Downstairs is also our first double bedroom with ensuite shower which has views out on the our 3 1/2 acres of gardens. Up the stairs is the master bedroom which with a vaulted ceiling and dual aspect windows is incredibly bright and airy room. As well as a luxurious double bed the room also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Further along the hallway, which has views out across the courtyard, are three further bedrooms, (two twin bedded rooms and a further double) all of which have beautiful views overlooking the North Devon countryside or the courtyard. At the end of the hallway is a family bathroom with a key-hole shaped bath with shower, and a seperate toilet is just next door.
Outside the Farmhouse has a private patio area looking out across the courtyard which has a gas BBQ and picnic tables. Guests to Higher Mullacott Farm also have access to our gardens which include a play area, mini football pitch, volleyball net and table tennis table.
