Fully furnished living /dining room with a log burner and separate fully fitted kitchen with dishwashe, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and microwave and downstairs cloakroom. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower attachment.

There is a shared superb indoor heated swimming pool with changing rooms and shower facilities. There is an indoor carpeted playbarn offering entertainment for all ages from pool and table tennis to Little Tikes climbing frame and slides. In good weather there is an outdoor adventure area with a trampoline and safety net.

Whatever the weather there is always plenty to do. If you can bear to tear yourself away we are three miles from Torquay and a stone's thro from the historic towns, stunning coastlines, secluded beaches, rugged moorland and endless water sports that South Devon has to offer.
