Just yards from the front door is a footpath, ideal for walks that can lead to a cosy country pub a mile away!
The cottage is in Lovacott, a quiet hamlet amidst glorious Devon rolling countryside and yet just three miles from Barnstaple.
Its location, means you can enjoy the delights of Barnstaple as well as being twenty minutes from the sandy beaches of Westward Ho!, Croyde and Woolacombe, or the wilds of Exmoor - great for long bracing walks with dogs at any time of year.
The nearby historic town of Bideford, boasts being a resort, market town and port and here you can find the famous Tarka Trail cycle track.
The cottage has four bedrooms and sleeps 7 with an additional sofa bed option in the second lounge. The master bedroom is en suite with a family bathroom also situated on the first floor. Downstairs is shower room and wc, beautiful kitchen/diner with range cooker, separate utility room, cosy lounge with log burner and a second lounge/snug with books, toys, TV/DVD and Wii.
Outside there is a large lawned garden with patio for outside eating, and there is parking for two cars.
