Ideally situated on the A379 between Dawlish and Starcross, Olde Barn Gardens is a beautiful holiday cottage for families looking for a holiday on the South Devon coast.



The accommodation comprises of a lounge with tv and separate dining room alongside a fully equipped kitchen which opens out onto the conservatory which also has tv and overlooks the garden. There is also a utility rooms with a washing machine, tumble dryer and and freezer.



Upstairs are the three main bedrooms. The master double bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower;tv and there is a further double bedroom with tv and an additional bedroom with two single beds which can be moved together. There is also a family bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi bath.



Outside there is off road parking, and to the back of the property is a beautiful garden with wooden patio covered eating area, garden furniture, sunloungers and BBQ with stunning views out across the Devon countryside.



The cottage is only a 2-minute drive from the beach at Dawlish Warren and the pretty seaside town of Dawlish is only a 5 minute drive away. Dawlish is also gifted with a riverside cycle path which goes past the beautiful Powderham Castle and on towards the historic city of Exeter.
