The farmhouse is an old building with contemporary furnishings , newly fitted kitchen, there is a large lounge and adjoining dining area which can seat 12 guests should you book the gatehouse as well, off the dining area is a seperate snug which can sleep 2 guests on a kingsize sofa bed.The farmhouse has 3 ensuite bedrooms and off the upstairs landing is a roof terrace will all weather whicker furniture with views over the Dovey estuary.There is a child and dog 'proof' garden secured by a five bar gate from the farmhouse patio, this also has all weather furniture and a large gas 3 burner BBQ.
The farmhouse & gatehouse share a beautiful well stocked garden to the front of both properties, there are two ornamental ponds in these grounds with water fountain, children need to be supervised here.
The gatehouse is a beautiful old stone barn, newly converted with contemporary furnishings, there is a main downstairs bedroom and a second bedroom on the first floor, there is a main bath/showeroom and secong toliet/utility.
