The Black Watch has an aexcellent regimental display in their headquarters in Balhousie Castle, while in Scone Palace, the Stone of Destiny was guarded between the 9th and 13th centuries until Edward the First took it to Westminster Abbey where it stayed until its removal on behalf of the new Scottish Parliament to Edinburgh Castle.
