The cottage features an open plan lounge with patio doors looking out onto the river. This sits next to an incredibly attractive dining area with seating for 6 which is adjacent to the fully equipped gallery style kitchen.

There are two bedrooms at the cottage, the first is an upstairs king sized double bedroom with ensuite shower and bath. The second is a downstairs twin bedroom which also has a couple of fold down beds for additional guests and the room sits adjacent to a family sized bathroom. Both bedrooms also have flatscreen TV's and ipod docking stations. Outside is an attractive patio area with furniture with beautiful riverside views.

Access into the cottage is also easy for less able bodied guests who can use the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

The cottage is only a short walk to Fort Augustus which has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants, and is where you can set sail on a river cruise up Loch Ness.

Guests to the cottage also have shared access to the exclusive features of the Highland Club which include: a heated indoor swimming pool and spa, full sized snooker table in the stunning club lounge, an adventure playground for the children, free fishing and access to the Boathouse restaurant which is open throughout the day.
