The Coach House Sleeps 6 people.
It has an open plan farmhouse kitchen/living room with comfy sofas, dining table, colour Television and DVD player. A large arched window affords beautiful views over the valley, the reservoir and beyond.
Ground floor twin bedroom with en suite shower room. An open stairway leads to the second twin bedroom with hand basin and shaving point. There is also a pretty double bedroom with beams, hand basin and shaving point. The feature of this room is the 'Minstrel gallery' overlooking the sitting room. The newly refurbished bathroom consists of bath, shower over, hand basin and W.C.
Just across the courtyard, the award winning Roaches Tea Rooms, serves Teas, Coffee, Homemade Cakes, Breakfasts, Light bites, Sunday Lunches, Weekday Lunches (including Staffordshire Oatcakes), fresh home-cooked Daily Specials and much, much more!

Whilst Alton Towers is just 30 minutes' drive away, The Roaches and Tittesworth reservoir are on the doorstep.
Tittesworth offers a brilliant adventure area for children and fishing for all, whilst there are a large number of walks and climbing activities on and around The Roaches. There are many other attractions and places to visit within a few miles by car!
Some of these attractions include both the Churnet Valley and Foxfield Railways, The Potteries with its Bone China Factory Tours and Outlets including Royal Doulton, Aynsley, Spode and Wedgwood.
The Spa town of Buxton, Carsington Water, and the beautiful valleys of both Dovedale and the Manifold are also close by. Alternatively you may just like to relax in a tranquil setting within this hidden gem of a county.
