A cosy cottage featuring stone walls and original beams. Well equipped farmhouse kitchen with dining table, living room with colour television and DVD player. Small hallway/reading area which leads to staircase. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, wash hand basin, WC & shaving point.
A double bedroom with a Four Poster Bed has views of the moors. The twin bedded room affords views over the valley and the reservoir. With a ground floor room with adult sized bunk beds, this holiday cottage will sleep a total of 6 people.
Just across the courtyard, the award winning Roaches Tea Rooms, serves Teas, Coffee, Homemade Cakes, Breakfasts, Light bites, Sunday Lunches, Weekday Lunches (including Staffordshire Oatcakes), fresh home-cooked Daily Specials and much, much more!

Whilst Alton Towers is just 30 minutes' drive away, The Roaches and Tittesworth reservoir are on the doorstep.
Tittesworth offers a brilliant adventure area for children and fishing for all, whilst there are a large number of walks and climbing activities on and around The Roaches. There are many other attractions and places to visit within a few miles by car!
Some of these attractions include both the Churnet Valley and Foxfield Railways, The Potteries with its Bone China Factory Tours and Outlets including Royal Doulton, Aynsley, Spode and Wedgwood.
The Spa town of Buxton, Carsington Water, and the beautiful valleys of both Dovedale and the Manifold are also close by. Alternatively you may just like to relax in a tranquil setting within this hidden gem of a county.
