At Rowan you will feel that you have escaped the rat-race with terrific views down to the Taw estuary. However since you are only 4 miles from Barnstaple you have access to the largest town in North Devon and only 25 minutes from the best beaches in the country such as Woolacombe, croyde, Puttsborough and Saunto Sands.
