Sarah's Cottage (Aldermoor Holiday Cottages) Holiday Cottage Description

Aldermoor Farm is within walking distance of majestic Bodmin Moor and the golden sands of Trebarwith are less than 7 miles away. Tintagel, of King Arthur's fame and the lovely harbours of Boscastle and Port Isaac, are within easy reach. Away from any main roads, Aldermoor is ideal for children and those seeking peace and tranquility.

This traditional old cottage has a truly romantic feel – with thick granite walls, exposed beams, low upstairs ceilings and a wood-burning stove in the large, original Cornish fireplace that once housed a range.

A bow window looks out across a lawn from the living room, which has open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen in an L-shape. The bathroom with separate toilet, is also on the ground floor, while upstairs is the double bedroom with a beautifully trimmed four poster bed and an L-shaped twin room – both with sloping wood ceilings and lovely views across the garden.

This property has been advertised on My Favourite Holiday Cottages since 19-07-2011
