South Dean Cottage is a self contained part of our 300 plus year old listed farmhouse. It is surrounded by 3 acres of land, most of which is available for the use of our visitors.
We are situated between Lynton and Combe Martin, less than half a mile from the North Devon Coast, from which there are fine views across the Bristol Channel to South Wales.
Walks can be taken in any direction, bar north (due to cliffs). There are quiet secluded coves all along the coast, and the surfing beaches are a small drive away.
We supply everything you will need for a home from home, and hope you will make yourselves feel at home.
There is ample off road parking, a well equipped kitchen, wifi, electric blankets on all beds, laundry facilities towels etc, and anything else we haven't thought of if you ring our bell.
