The island kitchen is stylish with granite worktops and is well equipped. The central island is fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and high quality small appliances. All the kitchen equipment and utensils required are provided, including an iron and ironing board.
The dining area is open plan, conveniently adjacent to the kitchen.
The king-size master bedroom is on a mezzanine gallery floor featuring stained glass windows. En-suite with bath and power shower.
The second bedroom with double bed is also upstairs on the mezzanine floor level.

The apartment is suitable for the elderly as it is on the ground floor though perhaps not suitable for the disabled as both bedrooms are on the first floor.
