Situated in the centre of Horning village, in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk Broads, Swan Cottage is an attractive modern cottage, recently refurbished, redecorated and furnished to a high standard.
The cottage contains everything needed for a comfortable holiday or short break, with high quality appliances and electrical goods.
There are 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people – 2 full size doubles (one with en-suite shower room), a twin and a small double with 4’ bed. There is a house bathroom with bath and power shower over.
Downstairs the house has a large lounge, dining room and modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and lots of small appliances such as blender, slow cooker and electric steamer. Washing machine in downstairs cloakroom, and tumble dryer in garage.
Outside there is a pretty, enclosed courtyard garden, a garage (no space to park a car in the garage though!), and a private drive giving off-street parking.
We offer durations from 2 nights upwards (apart from July and August, when minimum stay is 7 nights unless a on last minute deal).
Horning village is a super base for exploring the Broads, and boasts 3 pubs, tea shops, and award-winning delicatessen, Chinese take-away, fish and chip shop and an amazing seafood restaurant. Day boat hire and pleasure boat trips are both available in the village, and it’s a popular spot for fishing (in season).
All gas, electric, linen and towels are included in our pricing.
