The Barn features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area alongside a cosy lounge which has floor to ceiling windows out onto the garden and surrounding countryside.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double bedroom boasts an ensuite shower room whilst the twin has a walk in wardrobe. Also upstairs is the family bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.
Outside is an attractive brickwork patio area with table and chairs which look out onto the large lawn.
There are a number of local pubs near to the property, plus many others in the nearby village of Tenterden and the Cinque Port of Rye. The property is ideally situated to explore the Kent countryside and the many National Trust properties which are close by. It is also only a short drive to Camber Sands making it ideal for summer holidays.
