A lovely cottage - clean, contemporary and uncluttered with a genuine sense of country style. Comfortable too! The village pub does great food and is very family friendly.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday based at the Byre - it is an extremely comfortable, characterful cottage and we were made most welcome. The Byre's location is peaceful, yet it is well placed for beautiful local beaches and other attractions. We plan to return.

A lovely family holiday fortnight – we saw all the grandchildren and their parents (obviously) during the 14 nights. The beaches are beautiful, Ilfracombe and Clovelly interesting. The Braunton Arms and the New Inn are great eating places and the "Byre" was just right.

We have had a very relaxing stay at the Byre, lovely welcome with cake and wine. Beautiful area to explore around, beaches and lovely long walks, our dogs loved it. We found everything we needed in the cottage, beds lovely and comfy we all slept like logs, including the dogs. Thank you! We would love to return, we have family nearby and enjoyed every minute! So relaxed!

Had a lovely 4 day stay, house well equiped and comfortable, our 2 dogs loved it here, they looked very sad to leave. Our favourite beach was Woolacombe as it is dog friendly and not over crowded. Great stay. Thank you.
