Ideal for families, the house is close to the beach and Thorpeness Country Club and enjoys views over the rooftops of Thorpeness from the upper floors. The house has private parking, a vaulted Sitting Room with glazed sky-lights and a south-facing enclosed decked area.

Ground Floor

The imposing front doors are approached either from the private parking space at the rear of St. Mary’s or from the front gates which are approached from Church Road. There are four stone steps leading up to the double entrance doors. The accommodation is arranged as follows.

Entrance Hall – leads to Bedrooms, Bathrooms & Stairs up to Living Areas

Bedroom 1 – with king sized bed frame, bedside chests, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hair drier, chair and double doors to decked area with table and chairs.

Bedroom 2 – A lovely children’s room! Twin single bed frames, chest of drawers, chair, cupboard with central heating boiler.

Bathroom – Bath with hand held shower, WC, sink with vanity unit, tiled walls and floor.

1st Floor

Sitting Room – A large room with vaulted ceiling, exposed stonework, and views over the roof tops of Thorpeness with glimpses of the sea beyond. The room has 2 comfy sofas, easy chairs, footstool, coffee table and blanket box, flat screen TV with DVD player, surround sound and Sky box. One of the great attractions of this room is the large glazed skylight which gives a fantastic view of the sky – perfect for star gazing!

Kitchen/Dining – Off the Sitting-Room, there is a table and chairs for four people, and well equipped modern kitchen with built in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, electric hob, extractor hood and stainless steel splash backs.

Shower Room – Located on the 1st floor landing with shower cubicle with power shower, WC and basin.

2nd Floor

Mezzanine - Overlooks the Sitting Room, equipped with a pool table, bean bags and cushions, TV/DVD combi, view towards the House in Clouds, a good chill-out space!

Prices include all utilities, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels). There is a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to get your break off to a good start.

Please Note: The house forms part the conversion of St. Mary’s Church and some of the areas around the Church such as paths and the gates off Church Road are also shared with the other houses making up the conversion.
