This delightful lodge which has spectacular views from the wrap around viewing deck, also overlooking the tennis court and enjoys a magnificent location adjacent to the Court Cottages. Two extensive elevated deck areas’ enables a leisurely breakfast or alfresco meals or just to relax in the South Devon sunshine – barbeque equipment is available. A large hot tub will accommodate four to eight adults & our first infra red Sauna. An impressive living room with a cathedral ceiling and spectacular views has a comfortable central sitting area to relax or to watch a large TV /DVD (digital with cinema surround sound). The bespoke Kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, 2 x fridges, freezer, and microwave. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor including two master bedrooms with king sized beds, flat screened TV and is served by a stereo CD and radio. The beautiful, 1st. master bedroom ensuite has a whirlpool bath and walk in shower. The 2nd. Master bedroom with ensuite shower room (no bath), shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds, also with French windows to the south. On the ground floor is a magnificent family bathroom complete with whirlpool bath and separate shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail, speakers to the master bedroom stereo allows you to have your favourite music while you bathe.
