Well Cottage is a single storey, one bedroom, self catering cottage situated on the edge of the village of Manston in Kent, and close to the seaside towns of Ramsgate, Margate and Broadstairs. The cottage is perfect for a small family, a couple, or someone taking a holiday alone. This lovely cottage is bright and surprisingly spacious, with a triple aspect kitchen, living and dining room, overlooking the large private front court yard and garden at Manston Court, giving lovely views out of each window.
The cottage has a well equipped kitchen with an electric cooker and hob, a refrigerator with freezer box, a microwave oven, toaster and washer/dryer. In the sitting room there is also a flat screen smart television with free view and a dvd player. There is also a bed settee for those extra guests. The pretty bedroom off of the sitting room has panelling on two walls which is a gorgeous relaxing pale green. It has a king size bed with storage underneath, bedside cabinets, and a double wardrobe with additional drawers giving plenty of storage space. The en suite has a shower and completes the convenience and luxury of this lovely property.
There is private off road parking directly outside the cottage, or under the shade of the tall trees opposite when it is hot. There is also a seating area outside the cottage allowing for alfresco dining, or just somewhere lovely to sit whilst relaxing.
The cost of bedding, towels and tea towels is included in the price, but guests are requested to provide their own beach towels. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer, and a high chair and travel cot are available on request.
Arrival time is 2pm onwards and departure time is 11am.
