Standing in a secluded location on the west coast of Anglesey 'The Point' is a large and dog friendly holiday home set amidst 13 acres of lawns and heather. As well as the main house the let also has 'The Lookout'; a unique building, metres from the water, where guests can watch the waves from the Irish Sea.
The Point comprises of four bedrooms which sleep up to 9 people, plus a cot. A welcoming hallway leads through to large and airy drawing room with stunning views out over the Irish Sea, Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula. There is a large stone fireplace with logs provided for the colder months as well as Sky TV and WiFi.
There is also a dining room with beautiful panoramic views, as well as a breakfast kitchen, laundry room and games room with table tennis table. With regards to bedrooms there is a king sized double bedroom with ensuite, a further king sized double room with an extra single bed and two further twin bedded rooms.
The 13 acres around the Point are a haven for wildlife and a 1/2 acre is kept mown for games, sunbathing and outdoor meals. Rhoscolyn's sandy beaches are just 100m away, and the rocky shore around the house has fascinating rock pools and a cave to explore. Guests also have access to 'The Lookout' a unique building which has recently been refurbished. The lookout is only metres from the sea, and with toughened glass is a great place to sit and watch the waves crash around you.
