There's a famous literary connection with this 18th century stone-built detached Anglesey Holiday Cottage. This large and dog friendly cottage, sleeping 10-12, was visited by Charles Dickens in 1859, probably for a church service, since this property was once a church hall. It obviously made an impression on him as he used it later in one of his novels - 'The Uncomercial Traveller. As always, church halls with their spacious interiors and galleries are perfect for conversion to gracious living and relaxation and the pet friendly Llanalligo Church Rooms on the Anglesey coast in North Wales are a perfect example.
As a holiday destination, Anglesey boasts marvellous free-ranging sandy beaches with scope for energetic watersports from sailing to surfing, a medieval castle and even a Sea Zoo - and don't forget to pack the golf-clubs. A coastal holiday home in the small rural hamlet of Llanallgo, it is just one mile from the shop in the seaside village of Moelfre, and just far enough for an easy walk to the village to work up an appetite at the two pubs/restaurants there. This Moelfre village cottage has room for 10 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. It has a secluded lawned garden with a BBQ.

ENTERTAINMENT FOR ALL AGES by Mrs Eseonu, STOCKPORT, October 2016 on February 15th 2017
Our stay here was fabulous. We were able to explore north wales from this base with beaches within a few minutes drive from the accommodation. The house was well stocked with everything you could need for all age ranges - we went with 2 toddlers. I would recommend this as somewhere to stay.
