Loch View is a Scandinavian style detached A Frame timber lodge in an idyllic position. It has a double-bedded room with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedded room. There is a further bathroom on the ground floor.
It is set up high amongst mature trees and shrubs with wonderful views across the Loch to Strone Church, Strone and Blairmore. The lodge is extremely light and airy, both comfortable and welcoming, it is the ideal place for a family holiday.
The area is quiet and peaceful. Tranquil with just the sound of the many birds singing in the tall trees surrounding the property. There are wonderful views from the many windows and sitting on the veranda at the end of the day enjoying the views over the water is a truly wonderful experience, as the sun goes down the lights start to twinkle on the other side of the Loch.
Loch View is privately owned and situated within the Hunter's Quay Holiday Village with its swimming pool, games, childrens play park, lovely bar and restaurant. Guests staying at Loch View can pay to use the facilities within the Holiday Village.
The Lodge is approached via a large veranda with table and chairs. There is parking next to the Lodge.
It has a large sitting room that is light and airy having full length windows at either end and windows to one side. It has fitted carpets, wood burning stove, two sofas, two leather reclining chairs, coffee tables and a TV. There is a dining area with table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, double sink and washing machine. It is well equipped with cooking utensils and china.
There are two bathrooms, one en-suite to the Master Bedroom which also opens onto the landing and a further bathroom on the ground floor.
The lodge is situated on the Cowal Peninsula, approximately 45 minutes by car from Glasgow Airport and the final part of the journey is by ferry from Gourock to Hunter's Quay. The lodge is then a two minute drive from the ferry approached by the road next to Hafton Castle.

The many activities in the area include lovely walks, golf, clay pigeon shooting, fishing, quad biking and boating.
