My View in Cawsand is an outstanding and unique 5-star holiday property with a sauna and indoor pool.

This luxury Cornish property benefits from some of the most stunning views in the South West. It has three balconies, (one large balcony accessed from the kitchen and swimming pool, one accessed from the living area and one from the dining area), where you can sit out and enjoy the amazing views across the beach, Plymouth Sound and out to sea.

No expense has been spared on the decoration and furnishing of this fantastic five star holiday house. The property boasts an indoor pool and spa, sauna, pool table, remote controlled lighting and central heating system, entertainment systems and it even has flatscreen TVs in more bathrooms than you could ever need!

Situated on the Rame Peninsula, the historic Cornish villages of Kingsand and Cawsand offer a haven of peace and tranquility. Relax on the beach or in one of the village pubs or cafes or take a stroll through the narrow streets of colour washed cottages and shops.

Swimming, fishing, windsurfing and water skiing are all available on the beaches, alternatively, you can follow the coast path through the village and the Mount Edgcumbe estate to Cremyll. In the other direction the coast path takes you round the headland to the glorious sandy beach of Whitsand Bay.

From Cawsand, and just a few minutes walk from the property, you can take a passenger ferry across to the city of Plymouth which offers an abundance of high street and independent shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, theatres and attractions to suit everyone. The Barbican and Hoe are steeped in history and are definitely worth a visit.

If you're feeling energetic then Looe and Polperro are a mere half an hour away, with Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor only a 45 minute drive away.

This property especially welcomes families. A cot and highchair are provided for younger guests plus there are books and toys included.

A most amazing house, exactly as the photos show. The house is ideally situated, right on the beach. The owners provide everything you could possibly want, which includes things like dishwasher tablets, detergents, soaps - which normally don't get provided in holiday homes. There are so many flat screen TV's - even in the bathrooms - that I didn't count them! If the weather is poor (which it was in the main), there is the pool, jacuzzi and sauna to fall back on. The pool is lovely and warm too! Fabulous place though, great holiday.

Rating out of 5: 5 Great for: Great family holiday. My View excellently catered for our three generation family holiday.The view made our visit to Cawsands outstanding. There were many highlights, for the grandchildren the pool, the beach and not forgetting the tv's in the bathrooms. For the adults the view, the space and luxury accommodation. We would recommend My View to anyone.

A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY WITH TREASURED MEMORIES by The Farthings, Dorchester, 2016 on October 19th 2016

Having just returned (reluctantly!) from a wonderful holiday in Cawsand staying at the spectacular and very special property "My View", I feel that I must let you know how much everyone in our party has enjoyed it. We are aged between 71 and 7, and there was something for everyone. We managed to use every part of the house and we felt at home straight away. The pool area was used every day by the children and at various times by every adult. The views are breathtaking from all the house and we were lucky enough to have good weather so we had several BBQs, which were a memory to treasure. G+Ts out on the balcony with the moon playing on the water are something else that will remain with us for years to come. This property truly is worthy of its 5 star rating. We will certainly consider staying in it again.
