The views of Goose Rock are simply stunning and can be enjoyed from the open-plan living area and the lawned garden, which catches the sun and the sea breeze. Dine al fresco on the furnished patio and take a glass of wine to watch the sunset. A BBQ and outside shower complete the picture.

Step through French doors to the ultra-modern open-plan space, which includes a well-equipped kitchen, a generous dining area and a wonderful sitting area incorporating the sun-filled conservatory and the log fire.

Coastal chic continues in the bedrooms, which include two rooms with super king-size zip-and-link beds, a king-size room, and a king-size room with an en-suite shower. The family bathrooms contain a shower and roll-top bath or power shower.

Visitors to Cormorant are treated to ocean views and urban chic. They are provided with WiFi, amenities for young children, central heating, parking and laundry facilities, and three TVs with Freeview and DVD. A hot tub is also available.
