Situated in the perfect location near Falmouth to explore South West Cornwall, on the edge of a peaceful village is a lane which leads you to a secluded spot where a large pet friendly Farmhouse stands with 3 traditional Cornish cottages sleeping 12, at least 250 years old and built of granite.

Ruby Cottage: sleeps 5 & a Baby:
Hidden away behind the Farmhouse sits Ruby Cottage, a large traditional granite built cottage that is over 250 years old. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, a single bedroom and a twin with a cot. All share a family bathroom.
Downstairs there is a large sitting room with dual aspect windows, two sofas and a dining area with table and chairs. TV DVD player, Digital box and radio/CD/iPod.
The kitchen is large and airy, equipped with everything you should need. Gas cooker, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine and Dryer. The cottage has a gas fired combination boiler so if there is a chill in the air you won’t be cold. There is a high chair if needed, stair gates too.
Outside all to yourselves there is a large patio with table and chairs and a BBQ. Up some lovely granite steps sits a very pretty ‘hidden’ garden, which gets the sun in the afternoon and early evening. In front of the Farmhouse is the play area for the children to wear themselves out on. We have fields for you to run your dog around.
There is a village Pub only 5 minutes walk from the cottage, which serves lovely home cooked food, real ale and good wines, child and dog friendly.
Kernyk Cottage: sleeps 4:
Accessed through it’s own private ‘hidden’ garden and down some beautiful granite steps* sits a cosy cottage for four people.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Downstairs is an open plan living room and kitchen with TV, DVD player, Digital box and radio/CD/iPod.
The Kitchen is equipped with everything you should need. Gas Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine/dryer. The cottage has a gas fired combination boiler so you’ll be warm if there is a chill in the air.
Outside all to yourselves, down some granite steps is a sheltered patio area that gets the afternoon, early evening sun. BBQ, table and chairs.
Parking is available for one car near to the cottage, there is more in front of the Farmhouse if needed. An outside light is provided so you can see your way in if the light is fading when you arrive home.
We have a village Pub only 5 minutes walk from the cottage which serves lovely home cooked food, real ale and good wines. Child and dog friendly. *May not be suitable for people unsteady on their feet and very young children. Chat to the owner to find out more.
Dingley Cottage: sleeps2/3
Walk up a few granite steps and hidden behind the farmhouse sits Dingley Cottage. This is our most ‘bijou’ cottage, perfect for two, although there is room for a third person.
You enter into the kitchen equipped with everything you should need while on holiday. Gas Cooker, Fridge/Ice box, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine/dryer, radio/CD/iPod. The cottage has a gas fired combination boiler so you’ll be warm if there is a chill in the air.
Above the kitchen is a single bedroom accessed up some open wooden stairs, a stair gate can be fitted at the top of the stairs and a cot is available.
Also accessed up a couple of steps from the kitchen is the sitting room with TV, Digital box and DVD player.
Off the sitting room, at the back of the cottage is the double bedroom with a small en suite shower room. This space has borrowed light from the sitting room.
Outside is a sheltered patio/garden with pot plants,all to yourselves with a table and chairs and a BBQ.
Parking is available very close to the cottage, which is child and dog friendly.
