Elegant dinner parties can easily be catered for to the classic French-style dining area, which features to the open plan room. Pretty shuttered French doors also fold out to reveal a magical sheltered private terrace ideal for outdoor entertaining. Overlooking the marina, the sunny terrace exudes the epitome of an exclusive harbour side lifestyle, and is perfectly complemented by a chic rattan sitting area for enjoying morning coffees alongside an alfresco dining area perfect for savouring the evening sunshine, with a glass of wine and a romantic meal. The painted blue brickwork also offers an illuminating effect against a beautiful view of bobbing boats and calm passing ripples.

A fully-equipped designer kitchen is situated next to the open plan living area to offer a fabulous place in which to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Leading on from the pretty dressing room guests will find a luxury fitted en-suite bathroom fitted with a contemporary bath tub with overhead rainfall shower, hotel-style twin washbasins and a spotlight ceiling, for a luxury home spa experience.

The sleeping accommodation flows to the second floor, with two further beautifully presented bedrooms. A second king size bedroom conjures up timeless memories of the coast, with sandy tones used alongside deckchair striped curtains and soft pastel furnishings, for a restful beachside ambience. The 5* holiday home is perfectly complemented by outside parking for up to two cars, which is provided within the privacy of the secure gated residence. Being a stone’s throw away from the marina also allows guests to conveniently use the dinghy park for tenders or to hire a mooring to accommodate their own private boat or local yacht rental.

Staying in Port Pendennis enables guests to simply unwind in the picturesque idyll of bobbing boats and passing yachts or to let off stream with a game of tennis, on the private all-weather tennis court.
