Commanding unrivalled views across the water towards Falmouth and out towards the St Anthony lighthouse, The Point will make any dog friendly self catering holiday in Cornwall one to be remembered for many years to come. This pet friendly house sleeps 6 in 4 generous bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms and a lounge.
Whilst convalescing in Falmouth from wounds received during the First World War, architect Cecil Burns drew up plans to construct The Point, a spectacular 1920?s villa built on the headland at the very end of Flushing village. Cecil?s architects practice is still going strong in Tunbridge Wells, and three generations later The Point remains very much a part of the family.
Now a stunning holiday property commanding unrivalled views across the water towards Falmouth and out towards the St Anthony lighthouse, The Point will make any holiday in Cornwall one that will remain in the mind for many years to come.
The gardens are a particular feature at The Point. To the side of the property is a secluded terraced area perfect for al-fresco dining. The upper area of the garden is lawned, and leads down to a decked dining area with spectacular views across the bay and out to sea. Further steps lead down to an amazing area of private beach.
