Apt 11, 270 North
270 North was also very spacious apartment, spotlessly clean, crisp clean beds. The view breath taking. Could just sit and look at the sea and surfers all day. So comfortable and well equipped with everything you will need for a great holiday.

Apartment 11 @ 270 north occupies the optimum sea front location overlooking the famous Fistral Beach in Newquay. Superbly situated alongside the sea on Cornwall's north coast. 270 North has amazing views and is the closest apartment to Fistral Beach. This apartment also has the advantage of a wrap round balcony allowing additional views of the coastal path in addition to spectacular sea views.
Close by are first class eating establishments including Rick Steins, The Stable and the well recommended Fistral Beach Bar.
We let directly to the public and have personally manage all our apartments locally to high standards, and have done for over 17 years.

We have been staying with Mick and Maureen every year since 2009 and I have had the pleasure of holidaying in all their accommodation. Everything is always of a lovely standard second only to the welcome we receive from them each year. The apartment we stay in is home from home for us as we continue visiting Newquay we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

A friend and I have visited 270 North apartment for several consecutive years now. Scrupulously clean, every facility you could wish for – Washing / drying machine, microwave, fridge freezer, TV, comfortable clean beds, etc. Beautifully decorated and furnished. A home from home. . Mick and Maureen are excellent, friendly “hosts” and ensure every wish is attended to. Can't recommend it highly enough. Doug and Penny

We have been stopping in Mick's apartments, both Waters Edge and 270 North for years. They are perfectly located, clean and well looked after. The views over Fistral Beach are one of the reasons you cannot resist stopping in either location. It is perfect …...... The 270 North . We stayed here with another couple and found it fantastic. Great value for money, roomy and with incredible views. Off street secure parking, 2 large quiet bedrooms, great kitchen area, very clean. The dining room has views up the coastline towards the headland and balcony so you can enjoy the view when having your morning cuppa or glass of the good stuff. Great for 4 people. Once you've been you will want to go back!

We have come to this idyllically situated apartment three times now and on each occasion we have found it to be spotless, well appointed and homely. On one occasion where a domestic appliance failed the owner did not merely fix it but replaced it within 24 hours. Highly recommended
Fistral Beach Apartment

We have been coming to Cornwall for many years and have stayed in tents, touring and static caravans, cottages and hotels but by far the best place we have stayed is your apartment. It is spotlessly clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and has, over the years, had upgrades to both the kitchen and bathroom. Everywhere clearly shows a thoughtful personal touch. The fact that it has its own parking is an added bonus. However, its primary attraction for us is that it has one of the best views in Newquay ….. overlooking the fantastic shoreline of Fistral Beach. On a personal level, both you and Maureen have always been friendly, helpful and welcoming
Apartments 270 North and Chatsworth

We dropped on these little gems of apartments 12 years ago and have never looked back. We first stayed at Chatsworth Apartments, then Waters Edge and then moved onto 270 North and have stayed there every year since. All of the apartments are meticulously looked after by Mick and Maureen and are of the highest standard. The views from both 270 North and Waters Edge are beautiful; overlooking the infamous Fistral Beach. You couldn't wish for better apartments owned by a lovely caring couple who are happy to help
