A large Victorian town house in the Cornish town of Penzance, Armeria House offers self-catering holidays in Cornwall for up to 12 people. It has six bedrooms with accommodation set over three floors of this pretty and elegant townhouse. This is a large holiday property, furnished and finished to a high standard incorporating contemporary and modern styles along with traditional Victorian fittings. One of the many features that make Armeria House stand out is the fact that all bedrooms have their own en-suite bath or shower rooms. Additionally, there are comfy sitting rooms on the second on the ground floors as well as a beautiful and modern kitchen. There is also a rear courtyard for relaxation in the sun.

Enter Armeria House through large Victorian styled door that surrounds the stone built frontage to the property, the is hall is imposing and sets the style of the rest the property with the beautiful thick solid cast iron radiators and an elegant staircase. To one side is a sitting room that seats six people and a large dining room that seats 12 people. The kitchen area also has a dining area that seats eight people and a utility room. The kitchen itself is modern and well appointed, with a Range style oven including a warming drawer and hob as well as two washing machines, a dishwasher and tumble dryer. The dining room itself has a beautiful bay window and French open doors that open out and let the light flood in over the fantastic square solid-wood table, with a feature traditional fireplace and an open fire.

There is a total of six bedrooms at Armeria House in Penzance. All the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms and all of the bedrooms have their own televisions.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that has a shower over the bath and on the second floor, there are two twin bedrooms that also have their own en-suite showers, WC and wash hand basins. There are a further three king-size double bedrooms at Armeria House including one with its own en-suite roll top bath, a second with another en-suite bathroom that has a shower over the bath and the third has its own en-suite shower.
