Buddlestone is a spacious self-catering holiday property, set at the end of the owners’ private drive approximately ¼ mile from the traditional Cornish village of St Buryan. Buddlestone originally formed part of the owners’ grade 11 listed traditional period farmhouse (adjoining) and offers a peaceful setting from which to explore the many magnificent beaches, gardens and historical countryside West Cornwall has to offer. The cottage sleeps 6 + cot(s) with plenty of room inside and out.

The property comprises a large fully equipped farmhouse-style kitchen with dining area, utility room with laundry facilities and porch for muddy boots. A traditional living room complete with a wood burning stove nestled in an impressive granite inglenook fireplace, with French doors opening into a large conservatory overlooking the property's enclosed private garden.

There is a bunk bedroom on the ground floor, with a further twin bedroom and double bedroom with king size bed + wooden cot, on the first floor. All feature large sash windows overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside. Also on the first floor is a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment over.

Outside you can relax in the large private garden and enjoy a glass on the patio or in the relaxing conservatory while the children play. On cooler evenings light the wood burner and snuggle up under a cosy throw on one of the sofas.

On arrival you will find wine chilling in the fridge and a traditional Cornish Cream Tea laid out for you to enjoy around the farmhouse kitchen table. We welcome well behaved dogs (max. 2, £15 additional charge per dog)) who can enjoy the enclosed garden or local dog friendly beaches by day and stretch out in front of the fire by night.

The village of St Buryan offers the usual local amenities and the public house again accepts well behaved dogs and is family friendly. Penzance, Newlyn & Mousehole all within 15 minutes drive, offer fine dinning and Penzance has most of the major supermarkets as well as leisure facilities, art galleries, cinema and boutiques. The many beautiful beaches of West Penwith are within a few miles drive, as is the famous Minack Theatre and Lands End.
