With breathtaking views over St. Ives Bay and Godrevy lighthouse, The Penthouse's full length doors and windows take full advantage of the natural wonder of the wave-sculptured plateau along this idyllic length of the Cornish coast.

The living area has an elegant, designer feel with an abundance of natural light and every advantage has been taken to allow you to indulge in luxury during your stay. With two large sofas and a 40” Flatscreen Smart TV there’s plenty of opportunity to take some time out during your stay, and your kitchen has everything you need to whip up a culinary feast for the whole party.

The piece de resistance in this apartment is in the master bedroom, where a 16” designer window stretching the length of the room and into the gabled roof will literally take your breath away before opening up onto your Juliette balcony, and two large, south facing bedrooms complete the impressive line-up.

Porthminster Beach is less than 10 minutes’ walk away and Carbis Bay, The Tate Gallery and some wonderful restaurants are also within easy reach. With a designated parking space, outdoor shower, secure surf and bike storage and lift access to all floors, the only down side to a stay at 11 Salt is that you’ll have to leave!

We stayed for a week in March in the Penthouse, Salt in St Ives. We must have picked the only week so far this year with no rain - very lucky. St Ives is a pretty town, with 4 beaches, stunning views, lots of independent shops and galleries there is no need to go much further afield The apartment was perfect, close enough to be able to walk into town, but set aside from the busy town so very peaceful. To be able to watch the sea from the comfort of the sofa or from the master suite was lovely just what you want from a seaside holiday. The cream tea on arrival was just what we needed, we came prepared for tea (of course) but not with scones jam and cream! We loved it and have already been talking about when we can go back.
