Bridgelands Cottage is a lovely 18th century cottage. This lovely cottage has a mixture of modern and antique furniture, oak beams and a roaring log fire.
The cottage is located in a quiet off-road location close to the centre of the unspoilt South Lakes village of Cark in Cartmel.
This village has a convenience store and a great village pub only a minute’s stroll away with a 2nd pub a further 2 minutes walk.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a built-in oven, 4 ring gas hob, separate fridge & freezer, washing machine with drier, dishwasher, microwave.
The Wi-Fi extends throughout the cottage and into the garden too.
The cosy sitting room has tow 3 seater sofas, a roaring log fire and French doors that open to the private, enclosed garden.
The 3 bedrooms sleep 5 people. All the beds have been replaced in 2021 with super comfy Sealy Posturepedic beds and mattresses which are hand made in Cumbria.
The cottage is located in the unspoilt village of Cark-in-Cartmel in the beautiful Cartmel valley. The valley is lush with green fields, leafy lanes, and gently rolling hills.
The foodie village of Cartmel with its cobbled streets, 12th century priory and many great places to eat and drink lies just 1½ miles to the north. Lake Windermere is a just 10 minutes’ drive north.
Bridgelands Cottage is pet friendly and has a totally secure garden. Please note 2 dogs maximum.
Due to our rigorous cleaning, non-pet owners can rest assured that you will have no idea a dog has stayed at the cottage.
