The Devon Manor House offers guests a unique glimpse into the glamour and splendour of a bygone age. The rooms are decorated and furnished to a standard only usually found in fine English country houses.

The house has three spacious living rooms, one with a huge smart TV, bean-bags and comfy sofas, ideal for the children to relax and chill-out whilst the adults have the choice of a large more formal room with an open fire and a smaller "adult" living room for some genuine peace and quiet. The large dining room with two pine tables perfect for lively evening meals and entertaining with friends and family. There are two large kitchens, one which is warm and cosy with a sofa and breakfast table and the other is more for cooking and very well equipped with a large range cooker. In between the two kitchens is a massive boot room which leads to the back entrance and the gardens, tennis court and Swimming pool.

The bedrooms are located on two floors. On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms and five bathrooms and on the second floor there are an extra two bedrooms in a self-contained flat with it's own small kitchen and bathroom. Five of the first floor bedrooms are en-suite with the sixth being next to the largest en-suite with shower and bath. All the bedrooms are huge with sumptuous king-size beds and opulent furnishings.

The grounds meander for 160 acres and house the well maintained tennis court and heated swimming pool. The pool house has a well equipped kitchen and wet-room so perfect for long days and late nights relaxing by the pool.

The house is perfectly located to enjoy the stunning North Devon beaches at Saunton Sand, Putsborough and the trendy surf beach at Croyde. If you would prefer to stay near dry land the wilds of Exmoor is a short drive away.

There is fantastic cycling from the house and the famous Tarka Trail runs from Barnstaple to Braunton in one direction and to Instow and Great Torrington in the other.

There are wonderful pubs and restaurants within a few miles of The Devon Manor House with Kentisbury Grange only a few miles away with Michael Cains planning the menu.
