A Great House for a Celebration by The Tempests of Sutton Coldfield on July 29th 2017
Great house for a family holiday to celebrate a special birthday. We mad the most of John's Deli in Instow and Appledore. Ping pong and table football were a big hit with the kids.

Perfect holiday destination by Jo Weston on September 11th 2016
This was a perfect base for our week's stay. The accommodation was amazing and the photos really don't do the house justice. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door and it is ideally situated to explore the delights of north Devon. We couldn't recommend it highly enough - chocolate cake on arrival was an added bonus - thank you!
