This is a spacious, well equipped, contemporary holiday home sleeping 10-12 in 5 bedrooms. On the edge of the village of Abbotsham on the North Devon coast, Southclay is sure to delight.

With 5-star luxury and comfort, the internal specification and decor is exceptional. A huge, sociable kitchen, well equipped with quality furnishings, under floor heating and a cosy wood burner for cooler evenings or stormy weather. This house has lots of room for a larger group to spread out or to get together and be sociable. Personally managed by the owners, there are thoughtful touches and little extras even the most demanding guests may be surprised to find. Pets are also welcome by arrangement. The house and garden are quite dog friendly and there are some lovely walks nearby including, of course, the coastal footpath.

Southclay has stunning panoramic views along the coast and across to Lundy Island, from nearly every room. This detached, coastal property really does have a wow factor and provides a stylish setting for family and friends to relax and unwind.

There is a private hot tub in the garden (in which to warm up after a surfing lesson or a bracing winter walk along the cliffs... to admire the view... watch the sun go down... star gaze... or simply put the world to rights with a glass in hand) A large patio with gas barbeque and fenced lawn area for al-fresco dining leads to the shared tennis court and to a heated outdoor swimming pool, (shared with the neighbouring property). This house deserves its five stars whether looking for an action packed or relaxing break you are sure to be recharged.
