Set in a quiet corner of the lively North Devon village of Braunton, Coastal Cottage is a charming three-bedroom village cottage. The cottage is perfectly located to explore the beaches of North Devon with Saunton Sands just up the road, where you can enjoy 3 miles of uninterrupted sandy beach and great surfing. The trendy, surf village of Croyde is only a few miles along the coast and has a lovely enclosed beach and loads of lively pubs and restaurants.

Braunton itself is reputed to be Britain's largest village and has great pubs, restaurant and trendy surf shops. There is also the North Devon Surf Museum for the surfing academics.

the area is surrounded by wonderful walks and the Tarka Trail cycling path is just behind the cottage.

There are also loads of family friendly attractions nearby including Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Dinosaur and Wildlife Park, Exmoor Zoo, Arlington Court, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.

The pretty cottage has plenty of space with three bedrooms up stairs; two double bedrooms, one queen size bed and a king-size bed that can be split to make two singles and a bunk room which overlooks the garden. There is a separate family bathroom with bath with overhead shower and wash-basin plus a separate WC.

Downstairs there is a bright spacious living room with two comfy sofas and a huge 55" flat screen TV with internet and Netflix. There are sliding doors onto the garden.

The cottage has a pretty galley kitchen with a tiled floor and plenty of modern kitchen utensils including a gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine.

The dining room is off the kitchen and has a large oak table which seats 6.

Outside there is a large, lawned garden with a terrace, garden table and chairs and a BBQ.
