Property Details

Galmpton is a lovely village, situated between Brixham and Paignton, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This scenic part of South Devon offers numerous visitor attractions, a wealth of historic towns and picturesque villages combined with stunning coastal and moorland scenery.

Explore the local area along the many footpaths. There are many scenic walks from the bungalow or aboard a ferry on a scenic boat trip along the River Dart. Within walking distance are Galmpton’s popular pub "The Manor" and village shop and the famous Greenway Estate, Agatha Christie’s former holiday home.

The sandy beach at Broadsands is approximately 1.5 miles away. The English Riviera encompassing 22 miles of coastline with 20 beaches and coves including Babbacombe, Torquay Beach and Goodrington Sands all on your doorstep. Goodrington North Sands and Elberry Cove beaches are open to dogs all year.

Dining table with 3 chairs. Window seat to admire the views across the River Dart.

Outside: Parking space provided to the side of bungalow. South facing patio which is enclosed with fencing and offering wonderful views of the Dart. Patio furniture/parasol/BBQ

Accessibility: Level access – Suitable for restricted mobility (not suitable for wheelchair bound as the doorways are too narrow).
