Landfall is a spacious three-bedroom property situated in a residential location, within the traditional fishing town of Brixham.

Internally the property is furnished to a high standard and boasts plenty of entertainment options including a 40” TV, Blu-Ray player, internet access and a selection of DVDs and board games. Externally the property offers a large garden with outdoor furniture.

Landfall is in an ideal location only fifteen minutes’ downhill walk from the bustling harbour and town centre, which is full of traditional pubs, shops and cafes. For those looking to relax and enjoy the stunning natural beauty in the area, Battery Gardens is a five-minute walk away and offers some of the best panoramic sea views in Torbay. Here you can join the coastal path that will take you to some beautiful beaches such as Fishcombe Cove, Elberry Cove and Broadsands Beach.

Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay. Being based in Brixham means that you are well within easy reach of the Bay’s attractions, these include Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Waterpark, Babbacombe Model Village and Kents Cavern.

Just returned from a 5 night stay in Landfall. I cannot recommend this property highly enough! Very spacious property with great facilities. Furnishings are to a very high standard and the beds are super comfortable. Brixham is just a 15 minute walk away, with a bus stop right outside the house if you prefer. All in all a perfect place for a break, both for adults and families alike.

Very bright and clean property. Equipped to a very good standard which really added to our holiday experience. Located within a 10 to 15 minute walk from Brixham Harbour in a quiet residential area. I would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future. Overall a great bungalow - highly recommended.

We stayed at Landfall in May 2016. I would highly recommend this property-it's very spacious with plenty of storage, comfortable and very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again. The furnishings and lighting have been well thought through and most things are provided (e.g. washing up liquid, 4 dishwasher tablets, towels, tea towels, pump hand soap for all three sinks, an airer, pegs etc). There is also a generous amount of crockery and cutlery. The walk to Brixham via Battery Gardens is lovely and makes the cottage a great location.
