Lynhurst is a stylish and comfortable detached house located in a quiet area of Brixham and is perfect for a relaxing family holiday in a traditional fishing town.

Lynhurst is well equipped and has been finished to a high standard. The house benefits from two living spaces providing ample space for larger groups. With a selection of toys, games and a range of baby equipment provided, it is an ideal base for families.

Thoughtful finishing touches have been added to make for a truly enjoyable holiday, including Denby crockery and Egyptian cotton bedding throughout.

The property boasts a lovely enclosed garden laid to lawn and flowerbeds. The garden has a children’s play area and a limestone patio furnished with outdoor sofas, gas barbeque and open-air fireplace.

To complete your stay, make the most of a traditional Beach Hut, located at Broadsand Beach, equipped with sun loungers, parasol and a small cooker for making drinks and snacks.

Lynhurst is pleasantly located just a few minutes’ level walk from the Battery Gardens which overlook the Bay. From here the South West Coast Path drops down to the sheltered beaches at Fishcombe and Churston Cove, just a 10-15 minute walk from the house, and on to Elberry Cove and Broadsands Beach. Fishcombe and Churston Cove are ideal for those with pets, as the beaches are dog friendly all year round. In the other direction, a ten minute downhill walk takes you from Lynhurst to the harbour and town centre.

This property especially welcomes families. A cot and highchair are provided plus a bottle steriliser, baby bouncer, bathroom step, toys and games for younger guests. The enclosed garden features a children's play area with sand pit and toddler climbing frame. There is also a Sony Playstation 3 games console.

Lynhurst is a fabulous house in a quiet location, ideal for a large number of people, we were 8 ladies and we all had our own beds, no sharing needed. Lynhurst has all the facilities and more needed for a great holiday. Beds and bedding are very comfortable and the master bedroom is superb. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and there's a separate laundry room. There's a super garden with barbeque and sun loungers. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
